January 15, 1910 - Alice Wood Arrives in Argentina

On January 15, 1910, Alice Wood arrived in Argentina as a Canadian Methodist Holiness missionary. She became one of the first missionaries to establish a permanent Pentecostal presence in Buenos Aires. By the middle of the twentieth century, the Pentecostals had converted almost 10% of Argentina’s people to Christianity.
