August 18, 1688 - John Bunyan Preaches Last Sermon

John Bunyan authored what is perhaps one of the most influential Christian fiction novels ever: The Pilgrim’s Progress. Bunyan actually began this novel while in prison for preaching without permission from the Church of England. This novel has been translated into two hundred languages and is still being printed today. John Bunyan preached his last sermon on August 18, 1688.
