CHT

Peter Marshall was known and loved for his effectiveness as a Presbyterian minister, but even more so for his service to his country. Marshall was the Chaplain for the United States Senate from January 4, 1947, until his sudden death on January 26, 1949. Marshall became even more well-known from a biography by his wife Catherine titled A Man Called Peter, which has since been adapted as a film with the same title.
