September 18, 1975 - Te Deum Day Service Performed by Protestants

The Pentecostal movement in Chile saw continued growth from seeds planted as early as 1910. One result of the Pentecostal movement’s influence occurred on September 18, 1975, when, for the first time, the annual Te Deum Day service was performed by Protestants. Te Deum Day is the day on which Chile celebrates its independence from Spain.
