July 31, 1971 - NASB Published

After the discovery of additional Hebrew and Greek manuscripts, the Lockman Foundation began a new translation project in 1959 that eventually became the New American Standard Bible (NASB). The New Testament translation was completed in 1963, and the full version was released on July 31, 1971.
